Kim is the Head of Office Hospitality for Team Anywhere at Atlassian where she oversees workplace operations of 12 offices across the globe.

Team Anywhere is Atlassian’s approach to distributed work. Since 2020, Atlassians have been able to choose where they work, whether that is in an office, at home, or somewhere else entirely. Despite this choice, over 80% of Atlassians visited one of our offices at least once each quarter over the past year.

Kim believes in-person interactions are integral to distributed work. She is passionate about ensuring that visits to the office are meaningful, intentional, equitable, and nothing short of epic.
