Emilia M. Kyff is VP Global Workplace & Portfolio Strategy for MetLife. In this role, Emilia has responsibility for the development and global deployment of real estate strategies and solutions to effectively manage the MetLife corporate real estate portfolio, encompassing all regions – Americas, Asia and Europe. Additionally, Emilia has responsibility for global, regional and country specific leasing strategies, global real estate operating and capital budget processes and the development of financial models and analysis to drive corporate real estate, resource and location initiatives including required capital strategies.
Emilia has over 25 years of experience across a variety of disciplines that include financial management, accounting, business operations, new business development, real estate and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to assuming her current role, she held a variety of leadership roles in MetLife’s Financial Management Group. Since joining MetLife in 2004, Emilia has been responsible for the financial management of MetLife’s Corporate Services, Corporate Incentive, Pension & Benefit Accounting, Expense Allocations & Reporting and Global Operations.
Prior to joining MetLife, Emilia was the director of finance & operations for Purolator USA, a subsidiary of Canada’s integrated freight and parcel solutions provider. While at Purolator, she was responsible for building business and finance operations to support customized shipping strategies to and from Canada, the United States and South America. Prior to Purolator, Emilia held several senior finance & operations positions in the publishing industry.
