Jade leads the Corporate Real Estate and Technology team for global clients headquartered in the Western US, as part of EY’s Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services practice.

Real Estate and Asset Management Workplace Operations/Transformation, and Real Estate Technology are in Jade’s portfolio of client offerings, with heavy experience in Technology and Manufacturing sectors.

Jade has 25 years of experience managing Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Indirect Supply Chain and Procurement organizations, in addition to providing those services in professional consulting organizations.

He has broad and deep experience in business and workplace transformation, digital real estate solutions, IFM reviews, sourcing and cost reduction, real estate portfolio planning, location analysis, transaction management and FM maintenance operations. He has also led technology deployments for the P2P track of large scale ERP systems, along with enterprise-wide vertical systems implementation for Real Estate Portfolio and Lease Administration, Risk Management, Vendor Management, and IWMS, as well as IoT driven solutions for Real Estate / Facilities Operations.
