Aida leads HOK’s WorkPlace practice across the firm’s San Francisco and Seattle studios. With over 20 years of design and project management experience, she helps clients redefine how, when and where their people work, optimizing their global real estate portfolios and creating innovative, high-performance work environments that enable people to be productive, healthy and engaged. 

As a recognized architectural and design professional, Aida brings her creative thinking and organizational skills to synthesize client needs into specialized design strategies and solutions. She leads the planning, design and implementation of work experiences across a variety of commercial and educational interiors projects from design development through construction. 

Aida is an industry thought leader on workplace. She has spoken about a variety of design related topics including Neurodiversity; technology’s impact on the workplace; space fusion and the rise of the human factor for IFMA and is an active member of the AIA and CoreNet Global.
