Cassandra Charles is a global corporate real estate and capital projects executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multimillion-dollar workplace, design, construction, and facilities initiatives across North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and ANZ. She specializes in transforming workplaces through innovative real estate strategies, hybrid work solutions, and operational excellence that enhance both employee experience and business performance.

Throughout her career, Cassandra has led capital programs exceeding $300 million and projects exceeding 1.5M square feet, representing owners and end users across corporate, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she excels at aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing global portfolios, and delivering strategic solutions that support organizational growth and culture.

Cassandra holds a B.A. from New York University and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She is an active member of CoreNet NYC and is passionate about community service, mentoring, and creating workplaces where people and organizations thrive.
