Hilary Green is Head of Global Change Management and Workplace Transformation at Scotiabank, where she leads enterprise change strategies focused on workplace transformation, hybrid work, employee experience, and the future of work. Over the past nine years, she has developed and led change initiatives across major global programs including workplace modernization, contact center transformation, and international headquarters projects. Known for her practical and people-centered approach, Hilary specializes in helping organizations navigate complex transformation while driving adoption, engagement, and operational alignment. Her work bridges change management, workplace strategy, governance, and organizational experience design.

Prior to Scotiabank, Hilary held leadership roles in communications, community engagement, event production, and the arts. These experiences continue to shape her collaborative and creative approach to transformation work. She is also among the inaugural group to earn the Master Change Management Professional™ (MCMP™) certification through ACMP.
