Ms. Marko is a workplace strategy and design leader with more than 33 years of experience creating innovative, high-impact environments that enhance the employee experience through a combination of data-driven insights and creative thinking.

She has spent half of her career in leadership roles at prominent architectural firms in San Francisco and New York City, where she developed workplace strategies and designed effective environments for numerous Fortune 100 companies and leading technology clients. During the other half of her career, she has held leadership positions within the corporate real estate organizations of globally recognized companies, including NVIDIA, Salesforce, Genentech, and AIG.

Throughout her career, Ms. Marko has led workplace design and planning teams at high-growth organizations, delivering dynamic workplaces that strengthen brand identity, reinforce company culture, and support evolving business needs. Her expertise includes workplace strategy, portfolio planning, data-driven decision-making, team development, and aligning the built environment with organizational goals.

Outside of work, Ms. Marko enjoys design, real estate, cooking shows, spending time with her dogs, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
