Joe Brady, CEO, Americas of The Instant Group, is a seasoned leader, highly regarded thought leader, and innovator in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. As CEO, he is responsible for strategy, growth, and operations across both North and South America. The Instant Group is the leading global marketplace for Corporate Real Estate leaders to access products and solutions to address today’s complex workplace challenges creating a smarter working world. The marketplace products include consulting, office-as-a-service, and flexible office transactions including, memberships and virtual offices. In addition to Brady’s CEO role, he leads the strategy for global client engagement. In this capacity, he has helped develop deep client loyalty and achieved significant growth
Brady joined Instant from Walgreens, where he was the head of real estate overseeing a 150M sf portfolio with an annual operating budget of $4 Billion.
Prior to Walgreens, he held several senior roles at JLL, including head of Retail and Chairman of the Banking Industry Group. He was a Founder and Partner in The Standard Group which was sold to JLL in 2008. During his 30+ years, he has had diverse experience growing high-volume retail, delivering global rollouts of office, retail, and distribution centers, and driving portfolio optimization and property technology.
Joe is a Global Trustee of ICSC and an active member in ULI, CoreNet, and GWA. He is an active author and speaker on the Future of Work.
