Lauren is the Regional Facilities Manager for Google San Francisco. Lauren manages the Google experience for the campus, oversees facility operations and ensures strategic alignment with Google’s values in all operational decisions. Lauren’s team strives to have a positive impact on the office occupants and surrounding community by creating an inclusive and sustainable San Francisco campus. Prior to her current role, she was the REWS Sustainability Team Lead of sustainable office operations for Google’s global portfolio; her team set strategy, define goals and utilize internal partnerships to implement water stewardship, waste stewardship, indoor air quality, and climate resilience plans. Before joining Google, Lauren was the Manager of LEED Performance Programs at the U.S. Green Building Council. For the last twelve years, she has worked towards creating awareness on the importance of high performance operations in the built environment. Lauren is an CEF Leadership Development award recipient, an ELP Fellow, a LEED AP, and has a B.A. in Environmental Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
