I lead Global Real Estate at Block, responsible for the strategy and evolution of our global real estate portfolio. My role is centered on aligning our physical footprint with the needs of the business, from long-range portfolio planning and capital investment to major transactions, workplace strategy, and new ways of using our spaces. That can mean growing in a market, consolidating our footprint, creating new employee or customer experiences, or finding more efficient ways to operate. I work across Finance, Legal, Workplace, IT, Security, and business leadership to move complex initiatives from strategy through execution. Much of my work sits at the intersection of real estate, business planning, and experience, bringing together different priorities, creating structure around ambiguity, and translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
