Noel McNulty is the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace at Twilio, where he leads strategic operations and real estate portfolio management across international markets. With over two decades of experience in workplace strategy, facility operations, and organizational leadership, Noel specializes in building highly collaborative, employee-centric workspaces that balance corporate scale with regional agility.

Prior to his current role at Twilio, he managed regional workplace operations across the AMER, LATAM, and Canada regions for both Twilio and Zendesk, overseeing major multi city buildouts, including executive briefing centers. Deeply committed to advancing the workplace profession, Noel is a Past President of the IFMA San Francisco Chapter and the Legal Industry Council of IFMA. He has also lent his industry expertise to academia, previously serving as an Advisory Board Member for the UC Berkeley Extension.
