Relina Bulchandani is Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Workplace Services at Salesforce. In her role, Relina is responsible for Salesforce’s global real estate strategy, overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio and workplace design, as well as creating one-of-a-kind experiences for Salesforce’s employees, customers, partners, and the community. 

Relina is focused on reimagining how Salesforce spaces are used in the future of work — leading with collaboration, connection and community. In line with Salesforce’s core value of Sustainability, Relina is passionate about sustainable buildings and cities and is focused on the role of technology in sustainable design and operations. 

Prior to joining Salesforce, Relina led Real Estate and Workplace Services at Stripe, managing the company’s 1.5 million square foot real estate portfolio in 19 cities across 10 countries. Previously, she was Managing Director of Real Estate and Workplace Services at Google Cloud, and worked at Cisco as part of the Consulting Services Connected Real Estate practice and as the global lead for Connected Real Estate and Workplace in the Innovation & Strategy practice. Prior to Cisco, Relina was Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects at Forest City Enterprises, a publicly traded real estate developer. Prior to Forest City, Relina managed a division within client services for Realm Business Solutions, a real estate software company, and she was a senior member of the real estate consulting practice at Ernst & Young for more than five years. 

Relina recently completed the advanced real estate finance, development and sustainability program from the M.I.T Center for Real Estate and holds an M.S.E. in technology management from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. with a double major in economics and political science from the University of California at Berkeley.
