As the Global Vice President of Workplace and Real Estate for Snowflake, Warrick is charged with aligning the company’s physical footprint with its growth and expansion plans. Since joining in 2019, he has spearheaded the major real estate projects that support over 10x employee growth, including one of the most significant deals in the Bellevue area and the successful leasing of the former Meta campus in Menlo Park on behalf of Snowflake. Warrick is also responsible for the overall employee experience to ensure every Snowflake can do their best work. In his free time Warrick is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast.
