Yancy Widmer serves as the Head of Global Workplace at Docusign, leading strategy & design; operations & hospitality; and safety & security for a global portfolio. As a senior leader on the People Team, he is currently driving the company’s “Workplace Evolution,” transforming generic spaces into purpose-built, high-connection environments & experiences across major global locations.

With over 25 years of experience shaping the future of work, Yancy’s unique, human-centric perspective is rooted in his time leading Workplace Experience at design & innovation firm, IDEO, where he spent 15 years as Associate Partner & Executive Director of Experience.  Prior to Docusign, he was a global Design Director on the corporate Real Estate team at Nike, where he co-created their activity-based work model & services and developed research-based innovations that scaled to elevate the employee experience.
A long-time resident of San Francisco, CA, Yancy is a proud father to his French Bulldog, Jolie.
